Raw Honey in Wyoming
Wyoming is a landlocked state in the Mountain West subregion of the Western United States. It is the least populous state in the country despite being the tenth-largest by area. It was made a territory in 1868 and the 44th state in 1890. Wyoming was the first state to have a female court bailiff, justice of the peace, and governor.
Yellowstone National Park, the first national park in the United States, is located in the northwest corner of Wyoming, with small portions extending into Montana and Idaho. It is known for its abundance of wildlife and many geothermal features, including the Old Faithful Geyser. This geyser erupts on average every 92 minutes.
Wyoming is also home to the Devil’s Tower National Monument, Grand Teton National Park, and Jenny Lake. Jenny Lake is a glacier-formed lake, scenic landmark, and the most visited area in Grand Teton National Park. You can hike the seven-mile loop trail around the lake or the trail up to Hidden Falls and Inspiration Point, ride the scenic shuttle boat across the lake, rent a paddle boat, or stay overnight at the Jenny Lake Campground. You can also sit on the shore and enjoy the surrounding nature.
