Returns & Refunds Policy
At Browning’s Honey, we’re proud to share the honey our family produces, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Returns
We accept returns of eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unopened, unused, and in its original condition.
- Include the original packaging and labels.
- Be accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase.
Because our honey and other food products are intended for consumption, we cannot accept returns of opened or partially used items for food safety reasons, except where required by law.
Starting a Return
If you’d like to request a return, please email us at info@browningshoney.com with your order number and a brief description of the reason for your return.
Once your request is approved, we’ll send you instructions for returning your item. Please contact us before shipping anything back, as returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We carefully pack every order, but occasionally shipping accidents happen.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@browningshoney.com. Including a few photos of the product and packaging will help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
If the problem was caused by shipping damage or our mistake, we’ll replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.
Return Shipping
If you’re returning an item for a reason other than damage, defect, or an error on our part, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our mistake.
For your protection, we recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking, as we can’t guarantee receipt of returned packages that are lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll let you know if your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear on your account.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you’d like a different product, simply return your eligible item (if applicable) and place a new order for the item you’d prefer.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or partially used food products.
- Gift cards.
- Clearance or final sale items (when marked as such).
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
