Recommended Honey: Browning’s Clover Honey for its mild, balanced sweetness.
Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels and season both sides generously with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Heat the olive oil or butter in a large skillet (cast iron works especially well) over medium-high heat.
Sear the pork chops for 3โ4 minutes per side until beautifully golden brown. Transfer them to a plate and set aside.
Reduce the heat to medium and add the minced garlic to the skillet. Cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Stir in the Browning’s Honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, and smoked paprika. Simmer for 1โ2 minutes until the sauce begins to come together.
Return the pork chops to the skillet and spoon the glaze over each chop.
Continue cooking for 5โ7 minutes, turning the pork chops once, until they reach an internal temperature of 145ยฐF and the glaze has thickened into a glossy coating.
Remove the skillet from the heat and allow the pork chops to rest for 5 minutes.
Spoon the remaining glaze over the top and garnish with fresh thyme or rosemary before serving.
Store leftover pork chops in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
Freeze cooked pork chops in a freezer-safe container for up to 3 months. Thaw overnight in the refrigerator before reheating.
Reheat gently in a covered skillet over low heat with a splash of water or chicken broth to loosen the glaze, or warm in the microwave at 50% power until heated through.
