- ¼ cup Browning’s Honey
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- Fresh strawberries, for garnish
- Lemon slices, for garnish
Instructions
- Add the frozen strawberries, ice, lemonade, Browning’s Honey, lemon juice, and vanilla extract to a high-powered blender.

- Taste and adjust the sweetness by adding more honey if desired.
- Pour into chilled glasses.
- Garnish with a fresh strawberry and lemon slice. Serve immediately while frozen.
Pro Tips
- Freeze your lemonade into ice cubes for an extra thick slush that won’t dilute as it melts.
- Chill your serving glasses for several minutes before pouring.
- Use ripe, frozen strawberries for the brightest flavor and color.
- Blend just until smooth to maintain the perfect slushy texture.
- A squeeze of fresh lemon juice right before serving makes the flavors pop.
Variations
- Frozen Strawberry Lime Slush
- Substitute fresh lime juice for the lemon juice for a tangy citrus twist.
- Creamy Strawberry Lemonade
- Blend in ¼ cup vanilla Greek yogurt or coconut milk for a creamier texture.
- Mixed Berry Honey Slush
- Replace half of the strawberries with raspberries or blueberries.
- Sparkling Strawberry Slush
- Top each glass with sparkling water or lemon sparkling water just before serving.
Storage
This slush is best enjoyed immediately after blending. If it softens, simply return it to the blender with a handful of ice or frozen strawberries to restore its thick, frozen consistency.
Why Use Honey?
Pure honey adds smooth, natural sweetness while enhancing the fresh fruit flavors. Browning’s Honey blends beautifully into frozen drinks without the sharp sweetness of refined sugar.
